Description	Bcl-6 Human Recombinant (aa 1-150) expressed in E.coli, shows a 43kDa band on SDS-PAGE (Including GST tag).The Bcl-6 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Storage/Stability	Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Form	Bcl-6 protein in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH7.5 and 10mM L-glutathione (reduced).
Protein Background	Bcl-6 proto-oncogene product (a Kruppel-type zinc-finger protein) is mainly expressed in normal germinal center B cells and related lymphomas. Bcl-6 is involved in chromosome rearrangements at 3q27 in non-Hodgkins lymphomas and Bcl-6 rearrangements have been detected in 33%-45% of diffuse large B cell lymphomas. Bcl-6 has been detected immunohistochemically in follicular lymphomas, diffuse large B cell lymphomas, Burkitts lymphomas and in nodular, lymphocyte predominant Hodgkins disease.
