Background
Amino acids are mainly metabolized through liver, kidney of animals, so the changes of amino acids in urine can reflect the physiological state of liver and kidney. The amino acid content in plants is important to study the changes of nitrogen metabolism, nitrogen absorption, transportation, assimilation and nutrient status of plants under different conditions and at different growth and development stages
Description
CheKine™ Micro Amino Acid (AA) Assay Kit is designed for detecting Amino Acid (AA) content in the sample.
