The Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is a convenient tool for the isolation of high quality genomic DNA. The isolated DNA can be used for PCR amplification template, Southern Blot analysis, SNP analysis, DNA methylation research, etc. The kit contains enough reagents for isolating genomic DNA from 5 grams of tissue and cells.

Kit Components:
D3878-01G1: Solution 1, 1x50ml.
D3878-01G2: Solution 2, 1x6ml.
D3878-01G3: Phenol B, 1x50ml.
D3878-01G4: TE Buffer, 1x5ml.
D3878-01G5: RNase, 1x20ul. Supplied at a concentration of 10ug/ul

Storage and Stability:
Store D3878-01G1 and D3878-01G3 at 4°C, D3878-01G5 at -20°C, and D3878-01G2 and D3878-01G4 at room temperature. Kit is stable for 6 months.
