The ChoMaster HTS medium (article CHTS) is specially designed for serum-free gene transfection and selection. It includes protocols for preparing cells for serum-free cryopreservation and stable gene transfection as part of the ChoMaster System. Additionally, it supports the long-term storage of pre-selected CHO cells grown without proteins or peptides.
The ChoMaster HP-1 medium (article CHP1) is ideal for the routine maintenance of CHO cells in protein- and peptide-free conditions. It is suitable for use in various static and agitated culture systems, including tissue culture flasks, spinner flasks, shaker flasks, roller bottles, and small-scale bioreactors.
The ChoMaster HP-5 production medium (article CHP5) is optimized for cultivating CHO cells under protein- and peptide-free conditions in agitated culture systems. It is often used in conjunction with ChoMaster HP-1 to achieve efficient culture processes within very short timeframes.
