It has already developed over 1000 products for the extraction and purification of nucleic acids and for PCR and real-time PCR. In addition, the company developed various markers and reagents for next generation sequencing, as well as porpene preservatives and protein assays. All products comply with international GMP standards due to state-of-the-art instruments and manufacturing technology. In 2014 the international company CoWin Biosciences was certified with the quality standards ISO9001: 2008 and ISO13485: 2003. The company distributes its products to thousands of scientists worldwide and enjoys positive feedback on its products. Products of the company

All products at CoWin Biosciences are manufactured under strict quality standards and are regularly checked. MagicSYBR mixture

MagicSYBR Mixture is a ready-to-use product for real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR (qPCR), with a 2-fold concentration. It contains Fast Taq DNA polymerase, PCR buffer, dNTPs, SYBR Green I fluorescent dye and Mg2+. The product is mainly used for the detection of genomic DNA target sequences after RNA reverse transcription. The SYBR Green-I fluorescent dye binds to any double-stranded DNA, so that the product can be used for the detection of different target sequences without the need to synthesize specifically labeled probes. The Fast Taq polymerase contained in the mixture has no polymerase activity at room temperature, which efficiently prevents unspecific amplification. The enzyme is activated by incubation at 95°C in only 30 seconds, thus greatly reducing the reaction time. The combination of a unique PCR buffer system and a hot-start enzyme inhibits non-specific PCR amplification and significantly increases the amplification efficiency of the PCR.
