DuoGenic's AllChase MSC Human Culture Medium is a complete xeno-free and serum-free medium. It supports the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells, including mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow, fat stem cells and derived mesenchymal stem cells from the umbilical cord. The DuoGenic AllPhase medium makes your cell expansion more efficient and dispenses with any kind of coating. AllPhase MSC culture medium batch is ISO13485 certified, GMP certified and is controlled by strict quality procedures.
The human iPS / ES cell culture medium is a chemically defined medium that is also serum-free and xeno-free. It supports growth and expansion of human induced pluripotency stem cells (iPSC) and embryonic stem cells (ESC) in a feeder-free system. It maintains pluripotent cells but does not contain high levels of cytokines or growth factors like bFGF. The concise formulation contains the most important components necessary for the maintenance of human pluripotency stem cells and embryonic stem cells. Each Pluto-Human-iPS / ES cell culture medium batch is manufactured using a uniform manufacturing process and is subject to strict quality controls that ensure stable performance and reliable cell behavior.
The product portfolio also contains some recombinant human proteins. These include growth factors that can drive your research with cell cultures. The thermostable FGF2 (Fibroblast Growth Factor 2) binds to specific receptors on the cell surface. The binding activates receptor tyrosine kinases by means of autophosphorylation, which in turn sets in motion an intracellular signal cascade. This mechanism ensures subsequent gene activation. In addition, DuoGenic is developing and establishing a mass production system for 2D and 3D culture media as well as worldwide services for stem cell culture techniques.
