K-Blue® Advanced TMB Substrate

K-Blue® Advanced is a stabilized chromogenic substrate for use with horseradish peroxidase HRP immunoassays. K-Blue Advanced offers superior sensitivity, long-term stability and is 100% REACH compliant, so no additional hazardous labeling is required for transport or use. K-Blue Advanced gives a deep blue color in the presence of a peroxidase-labeled conjugate and has been optimized for microplate assay applications, including ELISA. K-Blue Advanced is not suitable for assays that require a precipitating substrate. The highly sensitive K-Blue Advanced substrate offers a high signal-to-noise ratio and a very low background. The formula provides a linear response over a wide range of HRP concentrations and has the fastest turnover rate of Neogen's TMB substrates.
