Description	Hyp3- Bradykinin is a natural analog of bradykinin, where the third amino acid, proline, is modified to hydroxyproline. It has similar biological activity to Bradykinin and acts as an agonist for the type 2(B2) bradykinin receptor. Recent research studies reported that bradykinin is also linked to Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathology. The level of plasma bradykinin in AD patients has been shown to be elevated significantly. It interacts with the fibrillar form of A? and co-localizes with A? plaques in the post-mortem human AD brain
