Description	Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Ecotin produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 163 amino acids (21-162a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.3kDa. Ecotin is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The Ecotin protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) 1mM DTT, 50mM NaCl and 10% glycerol.
