Description	Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE. NAT1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 310 amino acids (1-290) and having a molecular mass of 36.1 kDa. The NAT1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NAT1 protein 0.5mg/ml is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 2mM DTT and 10% Glycerol.
