Brief Description	The BcMag™ Secreted His-Tagged Protein Purification Kit makes use of special nickel-loaded compounds on magnetic beads to strongly and tightly capture secreted His-tagged proteins directly from culture medium. These beads are resistant to the release of metal ions, even when additives like EDTA and DTT are present. This allows for effective purification from different sources without the need for extensive sample preparation.
