Supplied as a liquid in 40mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110mM sodium chloride, 2.2mM KCl, 16mM glutathione, 3mM DTT, 20% glycerol.

Phosphodiesterase 3A is a cGMP inhibited, cAMP/cGMP dual-specific phosphodiesterase. PDE3A has been implicated in male erectile dysfunction, mammalian oocyte maturation, platelet function, vascular smooth muscle function, and salivary gland tumors. Three alternatively spliced transcripts have been reported.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
