NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] 1 alpha subcomplex assembly factor 4, also known as NDUFAF4, is involved in the assembly of mitochondrial NADH: ubiquinone oxidoreductase complex (complex I). This protein may be involved in cell proliferation and survival of hormone-dependent tumor cells. This protein may be a regulator of breast tumor cell invasion.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
