Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 2mM DTT, 6M urea, 10mM methylammonium chloride, 1mM EDTA. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.

Applications:
Suitable for use as a Protein standard in 1D and 2D SDS gel electrophoresis, Immunoassays and Immunization. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
