Supplied as a liquid in 40mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110mM sodium chloride, 2.2mM KCl, 0.04% Tween 20, 3mM DTT, 20% glycerol.

Recombinant full-length house PDK1 was expressed by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells using a N-terminal His tag. The gene accession number is NM_002613.

Assay Conditions:
Assay was done in Kinase buffer containing 0.2mM DTT using PDKtide substrate (0.1mg/ml) and 20uM ATP. Reaction was done at 30ºC for 45 min. Amount of ATP transferred was measured using Kinase-Glo reagent.

Applications:
Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
