Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 175mM beta-Mercaptoethanol, 12.5% glycerol, 2.5% SDS, 0.0025% Bromophenol Blue.

Protein Kinase C Panel consists of various PKC isoform standards that are ready for use in Western blot or other like applications. PKC preparations are not enzymatically active.

Each vial contains 500ug of the specified PKC isoform suspended in SDS/mercaptoethanol sample buffer with a bromphenol blue dye marker. Each standard is ready to be loaded onto an SDS-PAGE gel as a control.

Intended Use:
Load 2-5ul per lane on minigels for Western blotting applications for each respective PKC isoform.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
