Supplied in a buffer including HEPES, pH 7.9, MgCl2, KCl, EDTA, Sucrose, Glycerol, Sodium deoxycholate, NP-40, and a cocktail of protease inhibitors.

Description:
All the protein lysates were prepared from liquid nitrogen fresh frozen tissues. Membrane protein lysates were prepared by a CNMCS Compartmental Protein Isolation Kit.

Quality Control:
1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining, the pattern is consistent with each lot.
2. The isolated protein is analyzed by Western Blot using an antibody to Na/K ATPase for membrane protein.

Storage and Stability:
Store the protein lysate at -70°C for long term storage. After the protein is thawed,
store it at 2-8°C for continuous use. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles. Stable for 6 months.
