Introduction	Chlamydia is a common term for infection with any bacterium belonging to the phylum Chlamydiae. This term derives from the name of the bacterial genus Chlamydiain the family Chlamydiaceae, order Chlamydiales, class and phylum Chlamydiae. There are two genera in Chlamydiaceae: Chlamydia and Chlamydophila. The genus Chlamydia includes three species: C. trachomatis, C. muridarum, and C. suis.
Description	The E.coli derived recombinant 6xHis fusion at C-terminus protein contains Chlamydia TrachomatisMOMP protein epitopes, 252-398 amino acids.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Formulation	10mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.0, 100mM Sodium Phosphate and 8M urea.
Purity	Chlamydia W5-W6 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Specificity	Immunoreactive with sera of Chlamydia Trachomatis infected individuals.
Purification Method	Chlamydia W5-W6 protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.
Storage	Chlamydia W5-W6 protein although stable at 4C for 1 week, should be stored below -18C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
