Form	Purified, in 100mM Tris Hcl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4 with 0.01% EDTA and 0.05% NaN3. Prepared by sequential flotation unltracentrifugation technique using Kbr for density adjustments
Storage	-20C (aliquot), avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles
Concentration	0.457 mg/ml. Density: 1.063 - 1.1 g/ml. Composition: 60-65% Lipid, 35-40% Protein
