Description	Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE. OGG1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 368 amino acids (1-345 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 41.2 kDa. The OGG1 is fused to 23 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. 0.5mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer pH-8, 0.1M NaCl and 40% Glycerol.
