Storage Conditions	Lyophilized protein should be stored at -20˚ C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7˚ C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at -20˚ C for 3 months.

Background	Human Dynein Cytoplasmic Light Chain 1 (DYNLL1) has been identified as a protein that interacts with NOS1, leading to NOS1 inhibition. NOS1 dimer is destabilized after binding DYNLL1 a conformation necessary activity, and it regulate numerous biologic processes throughits effects on nitric oxide synthase activity. DYNLL1 is widely expressed, with higher expression in testis and moderate expression in brain.
Buffer	Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20mM TrisHCl, 200mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, pH 8.0. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O.
