Supplied as a liquid in DMSO.

A cocktail of three inhibitors that will inhibit alkaline phosphatases as well as serine/threonine protein phosphatases such as PP1 and PP2A. This product is provided as a set of five 1ml vials. Each vial contains 1ml phosphatase inhibitor cocktail solubilized in DMSO with the following components: Bromotetramisole oxalate, 2.5mM, Cantharidin, 500um, and Microcystin-LR, 500nM.

(-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate: Molecular weight: 373.2, 1X2.5mM. Target Phosphatases: Alkaline phosphatases
Cantharidin: Molecular weight:196.2, 1X500uM. Target Phosphatases: PP2A
Microcystin LR, Microcystis aeruginosa: Molecular weight: 995.2, 1X500nM. Target Phosphatases: PP1 and PP2A

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
