A fluorogenic, acetylated peptide substrate for HDAC4, 5, 7 and 9.

Applications:
Study enzyme kinetics, and screen small molecule inhibitorsof HDAC class2a for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
