Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V0465CAS #:865362-74-9Purity >=98% Description: FR-180204 (FR180204) is a novel, potent, selective and ATP-competitive inhibitor of ERK (extracellular signal-regulated kinase) with potential anti-inflammatory activity and has the potential to be used as a new therapy for rheumatoid arthritis. It inhibits ERK1 And ERK2 with Kis of 0.31 uM and 0.14 uM, respectively, and displays 30-fold higher selectivity for ERK over p38alpha (IC50 = 10 uM); It exhibits no/little activity against human recombinant MEK1, MKK4, IKKalpha, PKCalpha, Src, Syc and PDGFalpha at concentrations of > 30 uM.
