Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V1016CAS #:136434-34-9 Purity >=98% Description: Duloxetine HCl (formerly LY-248686 HCl; LY248686; trade names Cymbalta; Yentreve), the hydrochloride salt of Duloxetine which is an approved antidepressant medication, is a potent serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) with potential anti-depressive activity. It inhibits SNRI with a Ki of 4.6 nM. Duloxetine has been used for treating various indications such as major depressive disorders, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), fibromyalgia and neuropathic pain as well as stress urinary incontinence.
