The MOA (mechanism of action) of Ibuprofen Lysine is to act as a non-selective COX inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.33 mM, and also has an antiplatelet effect, though Ibuprofen Lysine is relatively mild and short-lived when compared with that of aspirin or other agents.
