Description: Atropine sulfate monohydrate (Sulfatropinol; Tropintran; Atropette; Corbella), the sulfate salt and hydrated form of atropine, is a competitive and broad-spectrum antagonist of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptors. It has been approved for decreasing the production of saliva and secretions of the airway prior to surgery.
