Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V1230CAS #:184025-18-1Purity >=98% Description: Ciproxifan (FUB 359; FUB-359; FUB359) is a highly potent and selective histamine H3-receptor antagonist used for treatment of cognitive deficiencies and other disorders of the central nervous system. It inhibits histamine H3-receptor with an IC50 of 9.2 nM, and shows low affinity against other receptor subtypes. In addition, Ciproxifan has been reported to competitively antagonize the (R) alpha-MeHA induced relaxation of electrically stimulated guinea pig ileum longitudinal muscle. Besides, Ciproxifan has been revealed to have the effect on 125Iiodoproxyfan binding with a Ki value of 0.7+/-0.2 nM.
