Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V14333CAS #:1234708-04-3Purity >=98% Description: SAR191801 (hPGDS-IN-1) is a novel, potent and selecive hPGDS inhibitor with an IC50 of 12 nM in the Fluorescence Polarization Assay (the EIA assay). Hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase (HPGDS) is primarly expressed in mast cells, antigen-presenting cells, and Th-2 cells.
