Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V1456CAS #:4291-63-8Purity >=98% Description: Cladribine (also known as 2-CdA, 2-chlorodeoxyadenosine; Leustatin; Leustat; Leustatine), a purine nucleoside antimetabolite analogue and an approved medication used for treating hairy cell leukemia and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, is an adenosine deaminase inhibitor for U266, RPMI8226, and MM1.S cells with IC50s of approximately 2.43 uM, 0.75 uM, and 0.18 uM, respectively. It is a well-known purine nucleoside analog with particular activity against lymphoproliferative disorders, such as hairy cell leukemia (HCL). In U266, RPMI8226 and MM1.S cells, Cladribine inhibited cell proliferation in a dose-dependant way with IC50 value of 2.43, 0.75 and 0.18 umol/L, respectively.
