Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V1501CAS #:1018899-04-1Purity >=98% Description: Sotagliflozin (formerly also known as LP-80203; LX4211), an antidiabetic agent, is a potent, orally bioavailable, and dual SGLT1/SGLT2 inhibitor with IC50 of 36 nM and 1.8 nM, respectively. Sotagliflozin improves glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes in a randomized, placebo-controlled trial. Sotagliflozin also increases serum glucagon-like peptide 1 and peptide YY levels by reducing sodium/glucose cotransporter 1 (SGLT1)-mediated absorption of intestinal glucose.
