Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V1711CAS #:2152-44-5 Purity >=98% Description: Betamethasone Valerate (also known as BV or BET, betamethasone 17-valerate) is a moderately potent glucocorticoid steroid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activities. Betamethasone valerate is a commonly used anti-inflammatory corticosteroid, used to manufacture dermatological drug products for topical applications. Its IC50 in normal rats is 3.4+/-0.5 nM. Betamethasone Valerate can reduce glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PDH) activity in vitro.
