Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V18457CAS #:79548-73-5Purity >=98% Description: Pirlimycin (Pirsue) is a lincosamide class of antibiotic that is active against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Bacteroides, and Plasmodium. It has no activity against Gram-negative bacteria. Pirlimycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S subunit of the ribosome.
