Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V2201CAS #:1865733-40-9Purity >=98% Description:Capmatinib HCl hydrate (INCB-28060; INC280) is a novel, potent, orally bioavailable, ATP-competitive inhibitor of c-MET with IC50 of0.13 nM in a cell-free assay, inactive against RONbeta, as well as EGFR andHER-3. c-Met inhibitor INC280 selectively binds to c-Met, therebyinhibiting c-Met phosphorylation and disrupting c-Met signaltransduction pathways.
