Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V23312CAS #:2014348-91-3Purity >=98% Description: KRM-II-81 is a novel, potent and orally bioavailable selective potentiator of alpha2/3 GABA_A (gamma?Aminobutyric Acid Type A) receptors, and has demonstrated anxiolyticanticonvulsantand antinociceptive effects in rodents with reduced motoric side effects. KRM-II-81 dampens seizure activity in rodent models with enhanced efficacy and reduced motor-impairment compared with diazepam. In the present study, KRM-II-81 was studied in assays designed to detect antiepileptics with improved chances of impacting pharmaco-resistant epilepsies.
