Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V4832CAS #:1383716-40-2Purity >=98% Description: VPS34-IN2 (PIK-III; Vps34-PIK-III) is a novel, potent and selective inhibitor of VPS34 with an IC50 of 18 nM. PIK-III blocks autophagy and uncovers a role for NCOA4 in ferritin degradation and iron homeostasis in vivo. PIK-III binds a unique hydrophobic pocket not present in related kinases such as PI(3)Kalpha.
