JNJ-55511118 had excellent pharmacokinetic properties and achieved high receptor occupancy following orally bioavailable administration. JNJ-55511118 showed strong, dose-dependent inhibition of neurotransmission within the hippocampus, and a strong anticonvulsant effect.
