Description	InvivoChem Cat #:V9625CAS #:Unknown for AZD4573 HClPurity >=98% Description: AZD4573 HCl is a novel potent and short acting inhibitor of serine/threonine CDK9 (cyclin-dependent kinase 9) with IC50 of< 0.004 uM and with fast-off binding kinetics (t1/2 = 16 min) as well as high selectivity versus other kinases, including other CDK family kinases. AZD4573 binds to and blocks the phosphorylation and kinase activity of CDK9, thereby preventing PTEFb-mediated activation of RNA Pol II, leading to the inhibition of gene transcription of various anti-apoptotic proteins.
