Description	This PBS (pH 7.4) based IHC Washing Buffer is specially formulated to lower surface tension, maximize efficiency of washing, thus reducing background staining in IHC, ICC, IF amd whole mount applications. It is NOT recommended to use this buffer for Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) conjugated antibodies or detection systems.
