Pronanosomes are ready- to-use formulations to obtain encapsulating nanovesicles in a fast and easy way, just add the aqueous solution containing the compound to encapsulate and shake.
Pronanosome Thermo is a ready-to-use formulation specially designed to obtain thermosensitive nanovesicles, which are able to release their content above 40-42 C C.

In order to obtain the best results, a sonication of the sample (using a probe or a bath) is recommended to achieve small unilamellar nanovesicles.
