Human induced Heat Shock Protein 70 (Q435A), also known as induced Hsp70 and Hsp70i, with a Gln to Ala mutation on a.a.435 of the Hsp70 protein. GenBank Accession No. NM_005345, a.a.1-641(end) with C-terminal His-tag, MW=70.8kD, expressed in an E. coli expression system.
