Description	The Casp3 protein is an effector molecule that mediates cell apoptosis. Its precursor is activated into Casp3 during cell apoptosis, which in turn mediates cell apoptosis. taCasp3 is derived from Casp3 with modifications, and it is activated by TEVp (tobacco etch virus protease), inducing cell apoptosis.
