FDP Assay Kit is an Assay Kit by Latex Enhanced Immunoturbidimetry Method.

This product is used to determine FDP con centration in human plasma.

The FDP in human plasma meets its corresponding an tibody (anti - human FDP antibod y) combined with latex particles in a liquid buffer to form antigen - antibody complex and produce turbidity in the linear range. The turbidity is proportion al to the concentration of FDP in the sample with the presence of an appropriate amount of its corresponding antibodies. Under a certain wavelength , FDP concentration in the sample can be calculated by comparing the calibrator result with same processing.

This assay kit is s uitable for automatic or semi - automatic biochemical analyzer with 600 nm and 800 nm wavelength.
