Description	TPX, also known as lipid hydroperoxide peroxidase, is a member of the peroxiredoxin family of antioxidant enzymes, which reduce hydrogen peroxide and alkyl hydroperoxides. This protein may play an important role in thioredoxin peroxidase activity. Recombinant E.coli TPX protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
Form	Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer(pH 8.0) containing 10% glycerol, 2mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl.
Storage	Can be stored at +4C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C or -70C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
