Immunogen: Recombinant human Plexin C1
Preparation: This antibody was produced from a hybridoma (mouse myeloma fused with spleen cells) from a mouse immunized with recombinant human Plexin C1 (serine/threonine protein kinase N2). Plexin C1, also called VESPR and CD232, is a 210 kDa member of the plexin-C subfamily, plexin family of proteins. It is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is found on monocytes, dendritic cells and neutrophils.
Formulation and Storage: The IgG fraction of culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity: This antibody recognizes human Plexin C1 in direct ELISAs. It cross reacts with mouse Plexin C1 in direct ELISA.
Reconstitution: Reconstitute the antibody with 500ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
