CD100 Human Recombinant produced by mammalian expression system in human cells is a single polypeptide chain containing 721 amino acids (22-734). CD100 is fused to an 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Lyophilized CD100 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution CD100 should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: CD100 was lyophilized from a 0.2 uM filtered solution of 20mM PB and 150mM NaCl, PH 7.4. Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized CCD100 in 1xPBS to a concentration no less than 100 ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
