SHH Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 176 amino acids (24-197 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.8kDa (The Cys at position 24 has been replaced with 2 Ile).The SHH is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The SHH protein solution (1mg/ml) containing Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4). Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
