AK4 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 243 amino acids (1-223a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 27.4kDa. AK4 protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: AK4 Human solution (1mg/1ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 2mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl, and 10% glycerol. Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
