Alanine Aminotransferase Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a homodimer, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 495a.a and having a molecular mass of 54, 479 Dalton. The amino acid sequence is the same as that of native form of human liver ALT.The ALT is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Physical Appearance and Stability: AAT1 although stable at 10C for 5 days, should be stored below -18C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The protein was dialyzed against 40mM sodium acetate buffer (pH 5.5), 1mM DTT, 1mM EDTA, 5mM 2-oxoglutarate and 0.1mM pyridoxal-5'-phosphate. Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
