VAMP2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 126 amino acids (1-89) and having a molecular mass of 13.8 kDa. The VAMP contains 37 amino acids His-Tag fused at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography techniques.

Physical Appearance and Stability: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity: The protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 1X PBS pH 7.4 and 1mM EDTA. Greater than 95.0% as dtermined by SDS-PAGE.
